Translation of a batch procedure to a continuous flow procedure can be performed by a visiting scientist directly at our facilities. This allows full support in all experimental aspects while at the same time ensuring the experience gained remains with our client.
Personnel from our client companies can come work at our facilities to perform the experiments leading to translation of a process from batch to flow chemistry.

The hosted chemist receives in-person practical guidance to initiate the process of translation.
Seamless transfer
Because the scientist carrying out the experiments is a member of the personnel of the company, the transfer of the results is seamless.
While being hosted at our laboratories, the scientist has access to our facilities for chemistry, flow technology and analytical purposes.
The timeline depends on each project and can go from a few weeks to years.
Commonly 1 to 2 scientists can be admitted per company.
We are experienced in pilot scale trials using different types of commercial systems, such as Corning Advanced Flow Reactors.
