Back in May, the news was out that the collaboration between Mithra and CiTOS had achieved the Proof-of-Concept for a new, intensified methodology for a key intermediate in the production of Estetrol, Mithra’s core asset. The results were published in the journal Reaction Chemistry & Engineering. This method is set to be implemented by 2026/27 to produce the compound through a CDMO, according to the press release from Mithra.
Collaboration with Mithra continues now through FloW4all, with new chemistry to be developed using continuous flow.
